Hawaii Ecotourism - More than
outdoor adventure?
There are many activities today being sold under the "ecotourism" label, but being outdoors does not an ecotourist make - although many eco travelers do relish the outdoors.

Here's one of my favorite definitions of  ecotourism and eco travel:  Traveling with responsibility and enjoying the visit without harming the sustainability of the destinations and the host culture.

On this page you'll find a listing  of Coconut Roads' articles, photos and videos describing generally eco-friendly Hawaii activities, including camping. Scroll down further and you'll find some of  my favorite Hawaii ecotourism sites.
